TailwindCSS preflight was causing some issues with Web Component styles. Prompt: Remove the TailwindCSS styles and cdn in favour of plain CSS declarations. Extract most of then into a sandbox.css file inside of src/styles, but keep the ones for the loading element in an inline <style> in the head. Also update pane-sandbox.ts as necessary.
