Blocks game

A tetris clone for the terminal, written in Python.

Uses blessed for drawing and keyboard input. The game is tested on Windows and Linux.

Install

First, install blessed which is used to interact with a terminal.

pip install blessed

Now, you can run the game:

python blocks.py

Game controls

Key	Action
←, →, ↓	Move left, right and down respectively.
↑	Rotate clockwise.
Space	Drop to the bottom of the grid.
Q	Quit the game.

Run tests

File test_learntris.py contains the learntris implementation, which you can run as described here.
