Reorganize and expand tests. Instead of putting all mutation tests in one file, this splits them into separate files so that non-trivial mutations have room to run more thorough tests. Also, add new tests for each mutant that didn't already have unit tests.
New test layout: test//mutations/.rs + a meta-test that enforces that every supported slug for every language has a test
