This is still without 4-implementation.md. I believe we agree on 1 and 2, but in 3-design.md I propose symlinks instead of a master repo. Let's discuss on this.

@christophsax i tried to implement the top-level .git issue as be839b3. Does that fix our issue?

That would solve problem 1 in the dev container. I guess a 'requirement' would be that it works outside of the container too. Not sure how we could do this.

And we still have problem 2: How to map agent agnostic filed (AGENT.md) to specific ones. CLAUDE.md (we can use CLAUDE.md directly or keep symlinks alongside?

To me this seems an awful amount of workarounds. Symlinks make share stuff explicit.
