#63085 - Remove the username from the new user notification email

This removes the username from the "Login Details" email sent to a user when their account is created (wp_new_user_notification()).

Testing

1. Settings → General → enable "Anyone can register".
2. Log out and register a new account, using any username
3. Confirm the received "Login Details" email no longer contains the Username: line and that the set-password link still works.
4. Confirm the admin "New User Registration" email still lists the username.
