🌿 EcoHack: AI & LLM Hackathon for Evidence-based Ecological Research 🌍

Welcome to EcoHack, an exciting hackathon organized in the context of the research group Mapping Evidence to Theory in Ecology: Addressing the Challenges of Generalization and Causality!

This event is organized in a hybrid format, combining online participation with in-person activities, with communications facilitated via Zoom.

EcoHack is all about unleashing the power of artificial intelligence (AI) and large language models (LLMs) to address real-world challenges in restoration ecology.

    A curated collection of ideation topics, tools, and datasets to help participants get started.

  2. EcoHack 2025 Intro Talks:
    A collection of recorded talks by the organizers, providing a welcome and an introduction to three topics related to EcoHack 2025.

  3. EcoHack 2025 Team Submissions:
    A total of 11 teams participated in EcoHack 2025. This repository compiles their final submissions, including demo videos and links to their project GitHub repositories.
