SimClipboardSync

A lightweight macOS menu bar app that syncs your clipboard between macOS and iOS Simulator.

Why?

Copy/paste between Mac and Simulator has been broken on Xcode and iOS 26.4. This app fixes it until Apple provides an official fix.

Features

• Auto-Sync: Enable bidirectional clipboard sync - copy on Mac, paste in Simulator (and vice versa)
• Manual Sync: One-click buttons to sync clipboard in either direction

Requirements

• macOS 13.0+
• Xcode with iOS Simulator

Installation

1. Clone the repo
2. Open SimClipboardSync.xcodeproj in Xcode
3. Build and run
4. Click the menu bar icon and enable Auto-Sync for automatic syncing, or use the manual sync buttons

Usage

Click the menu bar icon to:

• Toggle Auto-Sync for automatic bidirectional syncing
• Use Paste to Simulator / Copy from Simulator for manual sync
