Instrument Type: Cryostat

Right now the Instrument Type "Cryostat" supports methods related to:

1. Temperature Controller
2. Magnets
3. Rotator
4. Liquid Level

Question/Proposal:

• Should these be separate instrument types?
• Should cryostat somehow aggregate these distinct instrument types?

This is straightforward except for PPMS systems...

Perhaps when we can move to LV2020+ I will address this issue. Unless there is a way to support PPMS with multiple types (Temperature, Magnet, etc)
