This is the first step in the translation and it looks OK to me, but you will need to also create a uk/ subdirectory and put each of the articles in there, even if they are not yet translated. Without the articles being translated, it is not very useful to have the navigation in a new language.

@Wodsfort Are you interested in continuing this work to add the translated content? If not I will probably close this to keep the PR queue clean.
