Xyce poly resistors are missing valid capacitance model

Issue

The Xyce poly resistors fox_sub models do not include cj (aka. cox) parameter. This will cause incorrect parasitic capacitance modelling.

Solution

Introduce the parameter to the Xyce models. Also align parameter name in NGSpice models from cox to cj, which is the preferred parameter name as stated in the documentation.
