Filecoin Beam is the blazing-fast data delivery layer for Filecoin.

Specifically, Filecoin Beam serves data stored through the Filecoin Warm Storage Service, a foundational service of the Filecoin Onchain Cloud.

Filecoin Beam is the easiest and most reliable way to get your data back from Filecoin Storage Providers. It speeds up data retrieval, reduces egress bills, and protects Filecoin Storage Providers from the scary side of the internet.

Filecoin Beam speeds up data retrieval, reduces egress bills, and protects Filecoin Storage Providers from scary side of the internet.

In order to use Filecoin Beam, you must store data on the Filecoin network — either the Calibration testnet or Mainnet — in two ways:

  1. Programmatically using the Synapse SDK
  2. Manually using a demo web app

And before you do anything, you must set up your wallet first.
