feat: dashboard panel for chains other than ethereum

Request dashboard panel for other chain running on your DAppNode.

For example if you run the Juno StarkNet client then Juno status could appear in a StarkNet panel on the dashboard, just like the Ethereum clients do on the Ethereum panel. This way you can see the status of all clients/chains on the dashboard page.
