rMATS input only works for SE events; RI/A3SS/MXE/A5SS files fail with "'list' object has no attribute 'empty'"

Hi, Thank you for maintaining this tool.
When using NEASE with input_type='rmats', only SE (Skipped Exon) events are processed successfully. RI (Retained Intron), A3SS (Alternative 3' Splice Site), MXE (Mutually Exclusive Exons), and A5SS (Alternative 5' Splice Site) files all fail with the same error.

How can this be fixed？
