LED flashing v11

After installing the new firmware my LEDs flash often randomly on content change, most noticable on low light content.

Before this firmware I got LED0: FPS = 143 and more, but after the firmware it is jumping anything between 125 and 23 fps.

I expected lower performance because of the new white channel handling, but even setting it too 63hz (16ms) I get the flashes.

I use the Pimoroni Plasma 2040, multi-segment, 238 LEDs. Happens with and without the new "Infinite Color Engine RGBW".

Just enable continues output and enjoy - completely unnecessary as HyperHDR will render unchanged frames - forced constant frame rate

Thank you. It seems my LED flashing is not coming from my suspected led0 fps. I need to do more testing to corner the issue.
