I want to put in a PR to add CRD support to openshell operator.

Why this change?

Openshell only supports python SDK to create agent-sandbox. We are using Openshell with nemoclaw and calling SDK is fine but active state does not reconcile.

It would be nice to have an OpenShellSandbox CRD as well being able to create sandbox with python SDK only. There are already some discussions but no MR's

when using openshell i should not have to create a wrapper operator on top that calls python SDK which is how we are currently doing it instead we want to define this CRD in git, have it applied from argo and natively managed by openshell controller
