Edge Version: 143.0.3650.96

I am experiencing the exact same behavior as described in the following issues:

• Network console fails to load with HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found microsoft/edge-devtools-network-console#130
• "Edit and Resend" feature is not working in v127.0.2651.86 #268
• "Edit and Resend" feature is not working #224

The bug is still reproducible in this version.
